The apartment is located in a quiet residential area, with a mature neighborhood. From the beautifully located apartment it is only a few minutes' walk to the "zoo playground" in the nearby new development area. Shops are also within walking distance in the village. Aldi, Lidl, Rewe, DM, drinks market, pharmacy, Takko. There is also a baker nearby. At Casa Do vinho, a Portuguese delicatessen, you can buy unusual delicacies for cozy evenings. In Oeventrop there are 2 snack bars, a few pubs and a Mongolian restaurant. The rich gastronomic offerings of Arnsberg are about 10 minutes away by car.
You can reach us by car via the nearby motorway, which connects the Ruhr area with the Sauerland. The holiday apartment has its own parking space on the property. There is also a public e-charging station right next to the house. Traveling by train is also possible. The "Oeventrop" stop is located in the village and is about 30 minutes' walk from the holiday apartment. The well-known Ruhr Valley cycle path leads through our beautiful village.
House rules
1. Check-in is from 4:00 p.m., check-out is at 11:00 a.m. Early check-in or late check-out is possible upon request. Guests who stay past their stated check-out time or delay our cleaning staff will be liable for all associated costs and expenses.
2. Guests are not permitted to make a reservation at their place of residence. Please contact us if booking within your city.
3. Smoking, parties and excessive noise are not permitted. Smoking violations will result in a fine of €250 plus the costs of cleaning, deodorizing and repairing any damage. Smoking on the balcony (or outside) is of course permitted - please keep the balcony door closed.
4. Commercial photography/videography without written permission and illegal activities are strictly prohibited. The use of the apartment for commercial purposes, provision of services, etc. is not permitted. If this is the case, we ask that you cancel immediately. Failure to comply with these rules will result in the booking being canceled immediately, the booking amount being retained and the apartment being vacated by the local authorities. We reserve the right to file criminal charges.
5. Overnight guests exceeding the number specified in the reservation are not permitted.
6. We look forward to welcoming your furry friend too. Please book the dog as a “pet” when booking. The bed, armchair and sofa are reserved for the two-legged friends.
7. Guests are responsible for the cost of replacing lost keys.
8. Noise detection technology can be used in the home to monitor excessive noise levels. Camera recordings can be made in the hallways outside the apartment
9. Guests assume full responsibility for any damage, injury or loss occurring on the premises and its facilities. Guests must report any property damage to the landlord.
10. Booking a reservation constitutes agreement to abide by the House Rules. Guests who violate these rules will be liable for all associated damages, fees, costs or expenses.
